MY STORY

Hi! I am a multi-disciplinary creative practitioner and performance artist with a keen interest in identity, technology and narrative storytelling. Originally from Singapore, I also identify as queer, Muslim and of Indonesian descent.

My work primarily revolves around circus and pole, pulling from a diverse background in costume, conceptual design and speculative narratives. I frequently explore themes around queer futurism and digital spirituality in my work, from cabaret to contemporary circus, to critical acclaim.

I am an Associate Artist with Upswing Aerial, a contemporary circus company that brings world-class circus and outreach workshops for a wider audience.

I am also the alumni of Raze Collective's "Let Us Raze You" artist development programme, supporting cabaret artists explore and develop new work. I frequently work in the cabaret scene as well, most notably representing The Cocoa Butter Club, and other queer collectives, bringing my own unique take of cyber spectacle to audiences worldwide.
